Precious Metal Clay is an incredible material of Japanese origin. "PMC" consists of microscopic particles of silver that when fired at very high temperatures, fuses into pure silver. I often combine PMC with fused dichroic glass to create spectacular & unique jewelry. "Dichroic" means having more than one color, especially when viewed from different angles or lighting. My fused glass is formed by layering many pieces of glass & firing in the kiln several times until the desired effect is achieved.

Not all glass is created equally... as a buyer it is imperative that you buy your glass pieces from an experienced glass artist. It is critical to know how to combine the glass properly (you cannot mix different co-efficient glass) and that the glass is properly annealed (for strength and durability). I always stand by my work. I have been doing this for a long time and I am not going anywhere. The confidence and satisfaction of my customers means everything to me.

Photos definately do not do justice to the depth and play of color of dichroic glass. Almost everyone remarks about how the pieces are even prettier in person.
